Delete your Tankbound account

Tankbound by Observin. You can delete your Player ID and everything stored with it, either inside the game or from this page.

Fastest: in the game

  1. Open Tankbound and go to Profile.
  2. In the More card tap Delete account.
  3. Turn on I understand this cannot be undone, then tap Delete forever.

The account is closed immediately and you are signed out on every device. Guests (no Player ID) have no server account; uninstalling the game removes their data.

Lost your Player ID? Email hello@observin.dev from the address you used for purchases or describe your handle, and we will find it.

What is deleted

  • Your Player ID, handle, recovery key and Google Play Games link
  • Cloud save: campaign progress, tanks, weapons, coins and gold
  • Friends, pending challenges, matchmaking entry, online presence and leaderboard row
  • Duel history and your purchase ledger on our servers
  • Your push notification token

Live online matches are forfeited. Purchases are not refunded; the Supporter Pack can be restored later from the store with the same Google or Apple account.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Up to 30 days: a locked copy of the save and wallet so support and fraud checks can finish. Nobody can sign in to it; after 30 days it is permanently erased.
  • Indefinitely: one-way hashes of the device and Play Games identifiers, with no personal data, only so a new account on the same device is numbered as a new version.
  • Records held by Google Play, the App Store, RevenueCat and PostHog follow their own retention policies; see the Tankbound privacy policy.
